I am a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). 

I am also a clinical member of the Ontario Society of Registered Psychotherapists (OSRP), a general member of the Ontario Association of Mental Health Professionals (OAMHP) and a member of the Canadian Association For Psychodynamic Therapy (CAPT). I hold a Masters Degree in Counselling Psychology from the Adler School of Professional Psychology in Chicago.

I am a published author, public speaker, workshop presenter and media guest. I continually engage in professional development courses, workshops, webinars, and self-directed learning, keeping my knowledge and skills up-to-date.

In my private practice, I offer individual, couple and family therapy.
